If the rotary bucket is worn, it's a sign for replacement! Clogging of the slits with chips leads to a decrease in the oil removal rate (recovery capacity). Additionally, using the machine with clogged chips will accelerate the widening of the slits. This can result in a higher discharge of fine particles, leading to accumulation of fine particles in the oil receiver, causing wear and potentially resulting in motor overload failures. Maintaining parts is essential for extending the lifespan of the machine and reducing costs, so we recommend early replacement of parts.
